What are your working hours?

We work monday to friday between 9am till 3pm.

How do I know exactly which cleaning jobs have been done?

At the end of every visit you are left with a check list which is completed by your cleaner to indicate precisely what has been cleaned and this also shows time of arrival and departure.

Do I have to be there whilst cleaning is in progress?

This is entirely your choice. We appreciate most people work during the week which is why we provide a key holder service for those who request it. Contact us for more details.

What cleaning products do you use?

We use your own cleaning products as we believe that the customer knows best! Although we do not allow cleaners to use bleach.

What is the minimum cleaning time we can book?

If you wish to book a clean by us, we send your cleaner out on initial visit (free of charge) to assess size of property etc and they would then advise as to length of time the work should take. Also this is an ideal time to discuss your cleaning requirements and arrangements.

Do you empty wastebins and clean toilets?

Yes we do empty wastebins into black refuse bags and they are left outside for your disposal into the main dustbin. We do clean toilets, but do not use bleach for this.

What if i have cause for complaint to do with the clean or cleaner?

We firmly believe you will not have cause for complaint, however, if a situation does arise where you are not happy, please contact us by telephone at your earliest opportunity in order for us to rectify it.

How many cleaners come to my property?

1 cleaner.

What payment methods do you accept?

On your first visit you pay on the day, then after you are invoiced monthly.
